Meet Holly

Rock Hill Schools have been part of my story for most of my life. I’m a proud graduate of Northwestern High School and have spent 17 years actively involved in our schools as a parent, sports mom, volunteer, booster club member and officer, and assistant coach.
Now that my youngest has graduated, I’m in a new season of life and ready to give back to the schools and community that have meant so much to my family. I’m running to listen, ask questions, and make sure the voices of our students, families, faculty, staff, and community have a seat at the table.

Strong schools depend on great people. I want our teachers and staff to feel valued, supported, and heard so they can focus on what matters, serving our students.
TRANSPARENCY & COMMINICATION
Our comminity deserves to know what's happening before decisions are made, not after. I will work to make information easier to understand, encourage open comminication, and make sure families have opportunities to be heard.
STUDENT FOCUSED
Every decision should begin with one question: What is best for our students? I will keep student success, safety, opportunity, and well-being at the center of every decision.
LISTENING & REPRESENTATION
I will listen to families, teachers, staff, and community members and bring their questions, concerns and perspectives to the board table. I believe good representation starts with listening and making sure every voice has an opportunity to be heard.
RESPONSIBLE STEWARDSHIP
Our district must make the most of every dollar entrusted to it. I will support thoughtful, responsible spending that prioritizes students, classrooms, teachers and staff while keeping our district financially strong.
ACCOUNTABILITY
I believe our community deserves clear answers from our school board. I will ask questions, look closely at the facts, and follow through to ensure decisions are made in the best interest of our students and schools.
